Pallet Shuttle System

The Pallet Shuttle storage and transportation system is an intelligent, semi-automated solution. These are specially designed to improve the use of available storage space by providing a safer, faster and more streamlined method of handling pallets in high-density storage.It operates through deep-channel racking systems, offering a more efficient and streamlined alternative to conventional drive-in and pallet-flow setups used in traditional pallet racking.

The Pallet Shuttle system helps protect personnel and equipment by eliminating the need for forklifts in the aisles, thereby enhancing both productivity and safety while reducing the frequency of pallet inventory movement. The remote-controlled Pallet Shuttle quickly and precisely transfers pallets to the appropriate place and enables the operator to perform a larger number of pallets using less effort and with greater convenience.

The Pallet Shuttle system is versatile and adaptable. It can accommodate both FIFO and LIFO inventory control techniques and is designed for demanding applications such as refrigerated and frozen foods, food/beverages manufacturing, and meat processing facilities. These are environments where time, precision, and dependability play a critical role in daily operations.
